This stir-fry with Japanese pepper, mayonnaise and soy sauce brings out the delicious flavor of chicken breast. <Materials>
200g chicken breast
Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 tablespoon potato starch
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground Japanese pepper
salad oil (as needed)
<How to make>
1. Cut the chicken breast into 1cm slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
2. Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce together.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast (step 1).
4. Once cooked, add the mayonnaise and soy sauce from step 2 and mix well.
5. Add the powdered Japanese pepper, mix and remove from heat.
