1. How to order

Product Selection

On the product page, add the product you want to your cart. Check the products in your cart, and if you agree, press the button to proceed to the next step.
Next, select the delivery time and other options.

Please select a shipping address or register a new one. If you can specify a shipping method, please select the shipping method you prefer.


Specify payment method, delivery time, etc.

Specify your payment method

You can choose from credit card payment or smartphone payment (Safari: Apple Pay, Chrome: Google Pay, PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay).

Once you have finished entering the information, please press the button, check the information you entered, and then confirm your order.

2. Payment

You can choose from the following payment methods.
The total amount to be paid will be the sum of the product price + 8% consumption tax + shipping fee + various fees minus the amount used for points.
Please note that cash on delivery is not available for mail-order items.


■ Credit card

Our website uses a security system called SSL.
All of your sensitive credit card information is encrypted and transmitted.
Depending on your usage situation, etc., you may be required to change to another payment method.

■Cash on delivery

This is a payment method where you pay the product price in cash directly to the delivery company when the product is delivered.
*The amount is calculated based on the total amount including the cash on delivery fee.

If the amount is less than 10,000 yen, the fee is 330 yen (tax included)
10,000 yen or more: 440 yen (tax included)


■Bank transfer

Payment must be made in advance. Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange for the item to be shipped.
Please make payment within 7 days after receiving the "Order Confirmation Email".
Please note that your reservation may be cancelled after 7 days.


■Payment by deferred payment (Paidy)

With just your email address and mobile phone number, you can make a lump sum payment the following month.
Payday will send you an email and SMS with details of your bill around the 3rd of the month following your use.
Please confirm the details and make payment by the 10th of the month following your use via direct debit, bank transfer, or convenience store payment.

・No credit card required.
・You can easily make payments with just your email address and mobile number.
-Multiple payments can be made together the following month at a convenience store or bank.
・If you upgrade to Paidy Plus for free, you can use features such as monthly budget settings and 3-month deferred payments with no installment fees.

*If you pay at a convenience store, a separate payment fee will be charged (maximum 356 yen/month including tax). If you make multiple purchases in the same month, you will be asked to pay all at once the following month. Therefore, if you pay at a convenience store, you can rest assured that you will not be charged a payment fee of more than 356 yen (including tax).
*3-month deferred payment option is available for payments of 3,000 yen or more per transaction.
*For 3 installments deferred payment, you will need to upgrade to Paidy Plus for free the first time you use the service.

[Notes on Pay Later (Paid) Payment]
・To use this service, you will need a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS.
・Depending on the results of Paidy's screening, you may not be able to use "Pay Later". If you are not able to use it, please order using another payment method.
・You will not receive a paper invoice or transfer slip. Please check your emails and SMS from Paidy and myPaidy.
- You cannot change the delivery address after the order has been confirmed.
・The usage fee will be charged to Paidy at the time of product shipment.

■About receipts

The product receipt is as follows. We do not reissue receipts, so please keep them in a safe place.

■ If you pay by cash on delivery

One of the shipping labels attached to your package will serve as your receipt, so please ask the driver for your receipt immediately after payment.
If the item value on the receipt is over 50,000 yen and revenue stamps are required, Sagawa Express will process the request on your behalf.

■ When paying at a convenience store

Please use the receipt you receive at the convenience store when making your payment.

■If paying by credit card

We have adopted a system where receipts are electronic and can be downloaded by customers who need them. Receipts can be issued after shipment is complete. You can log in and download the receipt from the URL provided in the "Notice of Shipment of Ordered Items" email that is sent after shipment is complete.

■ If you pay later (Paidy)

Please use the receipt issued when paying at a convenience store (or the transfer statement in the case of bank transfer or direct debit).

3. Delivery of Products

■About shipping

All products are processed after receiving your order, so it will take about 15 to 20 days for shipping. For detailed delivery dates, please check the email after placing your order.

■About shipping date

After your order has been confirmed, we will process the order and send you an email with the subject "[Kishu Sanshoya] Your item has been shipped" to inform you of the shipping date and expected delivery date.

*Delivery may take some time depending on stock availability, shipping status, traffic conditions, etc.
*If you would like to know the status of your package after it has been shipped from our store, it will be included in the email stating "Kishu Sanshoya: Your product has been shipped." You can also check the delivery status on the delivery company's website.

*If you wish to change the scheduled delivery date after the product has been shipped, please contact the delivery company directly with the tracking number provided in the email and complete the necessary procedures.


■ Mail delivery

The package will be delivered directly to your mailbox and not by hand, so no missed delivery notice will be left.
If you would like to use mail delivery, select "Proceed to checkout" on the cart page and "Change" the delivery method. On the page you will be redirected to, select mail delivery.

■ Delivery time

After shipping, it will take about 3 to 5 days

*Delivery may be delayed due to transportation issues caused by bad weather, etc.
*During busy periods or if you live in Okinawa or other remote islands, it may take up to 10 days.

If you are in a hurry, please use courier delivery.


■ Warranty

There is no compensation for damage, loss or delay.
There have been cases of lost items sent by mail. Please note that in the unlikely event that your purchased item does not arrive, our store cannot take responsibility. By selecting mail delivery, you are agreeing to these terms. If you are unsure, please do not select mail delivery.


■Shipping fee (courier service)

Shipping costs vary depending on region and size, so please be sure to check the cart screen.


■ If the product is returned to our store due to an extended absence

If you are not at home when the product is delivered, please contact the delivery company listed on the delivery notice directly within 5 days.
If you do not pick up your parcel after the storage period (5 days) has expired, the parcel will be temporarily returned to our store. We will charge you the shipping fee for the parcel and the shipping fee for re-delivery, so please be aware of this before using our service.


■ Delivery date and time specification

Delivery time: Not specified / Morning / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00

If no delivery date and time is specified, we will usually ship your order as soon as possible, within 2 to 3 business days excluding our store holidays.
For "pre-order items", you cannot specify a delivery date and time.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange conditions

  • ●Since we handle food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience or deterioration of products caused by incorrect storage methods.
  • When you place an order, please be sure to check the expected arrival date and time in the email we send you, and make sure you receive your item on that day.
  • ●If the product is dirty or damaged, or if you receive a different product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product so that we can respond promptly.
