Potato salad with powdered pepper

Just adding powdered Japanese pepper to your usual potato salad will give it a whole new flavor.
The refreshing aroma and piquant taste are sure to whet your appetite. Potato salad is popular as a snack, but potato salad made with powdered Japanese pepper has a mellow acidity and refreshing spiciness that goes perfectly with alcohol.

<Ingredients>
2 potatoes 1/2 cucumber 1/2 onion 1 egg 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vinegar
A pinch of sugar A suitable amount of salt A suitable amount of Japanese pepper

<How to make>
1. Peel the potatoes and boil them until you can easily poke a skewer through them.
2. Cut the cucumber into slices and rub with salt.
3. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water.
4. Boil the eggs to make hard-boiled eggs and peel them.
5. Mash the boiled potatoes and hard-boiled eggs with a fork and add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and powdered Japanese pepper.
6. Drain the cucumber and onion thoroughly and add them to ⑤ and mix.
7. After serving in bowls, sprinkle with powdered Japanese pepper to finish, if desired.
