<Materials>
10 okra stalks 1 chili pepper
15 pieces of boiled Japanese pepper 1 clove of garlic [A]
・3 teaspoons soy sauce
・2 teaspoons of sugar
・2 teaspoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
<How to make>
1. After boiling the okra, cut it diagonally, place it in a bowl, and add (A).
2. Slice the chili pepper into rings and the garlic into fine strips, then place them on top of the okra.
4. Add sesame oil and boiled Japanese pepper and heat until fragrant.
5. Turn off the heat, pour the oil from step 4 into the serving bowl, and mix gently.
